STEP1、把材料备好,黄豆加水泡上Preparealltheingredients.Soaksoybeansovernightinabowlofwater.
STEP2、泡了一晚上的黄豆和去皮切块的紫薯(紫薯的大小无所谓)Removetheskinofpurplesweetpotatoandcutintopieces.Alsoabowlofpre-soakedbeans.
STEP3、把泡黄豆的水倒掉,加上十倍的水和切好的紫薯,全部放进高压锅Drainbeansanddiscardsoakwater.Addwater(ratioofwatertobeansis10:1),beansandpurplesweetpotatotopressurecooker.
STEP4、高压锅压10分钟Cookonhighpressurefor10minutes.
